Palmer, Alaska – The Alaska State Fair invites Alaska high school students to apply for a 2016 Fair scholarship. The Fair will award $4,250 in scholarships to five students this year. The application deadline is Friday, April 1, 2016 at 4:30 p.m.   Scholarships include $1,500 for first place, $1,000 for second place, $750 for third place, and two
